Mylor Pizza & Provedore
A village provedore and wood-fired pizza stop on the road between Stirling and Mylor.
The little village of Mylor punches above its weight on the food front, and its provedore is the heart of it — part deli, part café, part wood-fired pizza kitchen. Shelves of Hills produce, good coffee and a relaxed bench make it a natural pause on a drive through the central hills.
The pizzas lean on local ingredients, and there's usually a board of cheese and smallgoods if you're assembling a picnic for nearby Warrawong or the Mylor reserves.
It's the kind of unhurried country stop the Hills do so well.
